Covid-19 Customer Safety

In line with the government we are pleased to announce that our showroom will be open to the public from Monday 15th June at 10am.

We have put measures in place to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. In order to adhere to social distancing guidance we will only allow one customer (or two people in the same group) in at a time. If there are people in the showroom we ask that you remain outside or in your vehicle.

We have screens in place to ensure the safety of our staff members when taking orders. We have hand gel available at our desk & we ask that all customers apply this before touching the trophies. We ask that customers are to write down their own orders & engraving using pens provided in the showroom – once used, please take the pen away with you & all clipboards will be fully sanitised after every use.

We ask that all customers pay by card & contactless payments whenever possible. Larger card payments will be manually entered by our staff members.

We also ask that any customers displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 to stay at home and follow government guidelines – to ensure the safety of not only our staff but other customers.
